Returns
We check all items prior to shipping and ensure
that they are packed securely as we wish all of
our Products to arrive safely and we would not
wish our clients to be disappointed if they were
damaged in transit.
If you do experience any problems please contact
us within 7 days of receipt and retain the
original packaging. Our policy is to refund for
items that are damaged or unfit for purpose within
the 7 day period assuming they are received by us
in the same condition we despatched them if
packaged ie unopened, unused, undamaged where
appropriate. The exception to the above policy is
items of personal Jewellery like Earrings which –
for reasons of Health and Safety cannot be
accepted for return.
We offer Products and services on the express
basis that we have no direct control over the use
that people may then put them to. We specifically
disclaim all liability for any loss, damage,
injury or other negative consequence in whatever
form, however caused, which arises from the use
(or indirect use) of any product or service
advertised on, or supplied via the

Heaven (UK) Ltd directly. No guarantee can be
given, nor is given with regard to any spiritual
or metaphysical qualities for any of the Products
or services we supply or provide. This disclaimer
applies without exception to all of the following:
